After surgery I noticed that the two guys were hanging real low. Two months out they still are sagging, no pain but the problem is when you get a bit of leakage it runs down along that area before reaching the pad and a itchy rash develops.
Is there a reason why the testicles may sag after RP and does it fix itself over time?

Hi Friend,
Have not heard of that one before.  Just a thought, but perhaps the "old fella" has been pulled up a bit from the operation (which does happen and is quite common) thus giving the illusion of the boys hangin lower !  Worth a Thought..............cheers Kev

9 wks out and the same thing has happened to my husband. He's continent, but the loose, sagging length is definitely obvious, even despite the "cropping" they gave him for free. We assumed since there was a LOT of scrotal swelling post surg that the stretching remained permanent. Kinda like a severe weight loss in an older person when the skin has less resilience/collagen. Only an assumption, but we're going to ask at the next post surg consult in Nov. No pain there either except for the new tucking and manuvering required for various acts...

Friends,
All I know is that I dont look the same down there and might never. But my pubic hair has grown back from SRT and I am glad because I was starting to look like Fidel Castro down there.
