If there is a previous thread about
this subject, I apologize for the duplication. When using the MSKCC nomogram to calculate PSADT, do you folks include values of 0.1? It appears that you are supposed to only input values >0.1. I calculated mine both ways. If I include the 0.1 values, my resulting DT is about
12 months whereas if I only include values >0.1, my DT is about
35 months, which I like a lot better.
Dx: in 6/2005 age 49, PSA 4.1, 2/10 cores pos, G6, T1c
bone scan: negative

Upgrade G7 (3+4), pT2c, NX,MX, neg. margins, perineural invasion present, tumor invades capsule but not through it.
PSA <0.1 until 4th yr post surgery, then 7/2009 0.1, 10/2009 0.2, 1/2010 0.2, 2/2010 0.14, 4/2010 0.16,
8/2010 0.25 (oh darn it!).
