Yes read it and it was alright, the top dogs in most coverage overall on all aspects of PCa:
The Top Dogs in our fight are an Oncologists (Dr. Strum) & Surgeon (Dr. Walsh):

Dr. Strum- A Primer on Prostate Cancer-The Empowered Patients Guide (2nd edition)

Dr. Pat Walsh- Guide to Surviving Prostate Cancer (2001 or 2007 editions)

Read anything you can, but don't overlook these two. Years ago www.ustoo.org Arizona group used Dr. Strums book as their PCa guide.
Dx-2002 total urinary blockage, bPsa 46.6 12/12 biopsies all loaded 75-95% vol.; Gleasons scores 7,8,9's (2-sets), gland size 35, ct and bone scans look clear- ADT3 5 months prior to radiations neutron/photon 2-machines, cont'd. ADT3, quit after 2 yrs. switched to DES 1-mg, off 1+ yr., controlled well, resumed, used intermittently, resumed useage

As soon as I was diagnosed, I stopped by my local library and checked out The American Cancer Society's Complete Guide to Prostate Cancer. I thought it gave excellent overviews of the various treatment options. Don't know what others think, but I certainly found it worth the read.
