Cant comment to much on the incontinence side of things, because I was extremely lucky in that department, and had no problems with leakage from day one. I guess it was about this time 8 months or so, that I got my first nocturnal erection, which was a big surprise and very reassuring, that things were on the mend. I can now after 18mnths achieve an 90% erection with the aid of meds. Hopefully you should start to see some improvement very soon....cheers Kev

OK, Take a look at the other drugs. Even though some docs will insist all the drugs are the same, they work very differently for different guys. Have you tried 100mg Viagra? How about Levitra? Ask your doc if you can take a cialis in the afternoon and a viagra at night. See what happens.
are you pumping every day? If not, you need to. Just therapy - 15 mins - twice a day. If you are not seeing results at all, get to injections. They DO jumpstart erections. if your doc is not aggressive enough for you, go to a new one. You are not married to him/her.

Hi Zimmer...........as you probably have read here by now, the incontinence thing is all over the map, and varies from individual to individual. Did you have open or Robotic? As to the ED, I can tell you that that 8 months, I was just beginning to see a little life down below. I was taking 100 mg Viagra every night per my local uro, as well as my surgeon, for blood flow. I used a pump intermittently, but not religously as some, or as I should have. But at the 8-9 month mark things started to happen, including nightime erections during sleep cycles. It has continued to get better, albeit slowly. I am now at 21 months, and still believe there will be more improvement. My problem has been low testoterone, which may or may not have a bearing on things ( I believe it does). Can't advise you on Cialis or Levitra. Holding off on considering injections until at least after the 2-yr mark and possible "T" supplementation...........in short, I think it's too early to get discouraged or throw in the towel.

Arnie and Zimmer,

Take a serious look at Injection therapy, one you try it you will be furious that you did not try it sooner. Its not nearly as bad as one would think

I second the injection therapy. Sounds crazy I know but after you learn how not a big deal and you may find that it gets willies attention and wakes him up to start responding to the pills.

Im at 24 months and have noticed a good change in the last wk. Almost there for the pills alone. At one year there was nothing!..

I also agree get to pumping that monster. Daily activity is you want to keep him alive and well.

Just my 2 cents.
