Hi Everybody.... been really busy since I went back to work 4 weeks ago.  Got my first PSA results today  < 0.1!!   yeah
Doc says that's the lowest I can get from the his lab. Works for me... next test every 3 months for  first year.
Hopefully I will pull more of these out of my hat.

PSA 2.14 Sept. 2009
PSA 2.75 April 2010

May 11, 2010 - DRE Negative - PCA3 Test
May 18, 2010 - PCA3 Results 39 (cutoff = 35)
May 25, 2010 - Biopsy 1 of 12 cores positive; Gleason 3+4 = 7 25%; Stage T1c
June 04, 2010 - CT and Bone scan - All Negative
July 07, 2010 - Da Vinci Robotic Lap. Surgery

PATHOLOGY
Tumor involvement - 15% both right and left halves
Gleason Down graded to 3+3=6
Seminal Vesicles - Negative
Lymph node - Negative
Sub capsular perineural Invasion - Present
Bladder Neck Margin Positive (right posterior) - Microscopic invasion-1mm Focus
pT3a-N0-MX

Incontinence – Dry after 6 weeks post op!

ED - Total flat tire.... but there is signs of life!

First PSA scheduled for 10/14/2010

Neg Margins and Nodes
Nil - EPE
Dry less than 1 week. ED- okay with Meds.
PSA at 18mths no change remains 0.03

Hope that gives you a bit of clear space in your head. Might be easier to tackle the ED, especially as you say there are signs of life.

Here are some of my stats:
Age:54
Father diagnosed with PC at age 72 - wasn't contained to prostate when found in 1992.
My PSA rose from 3.2 to 5.1 over the course of 1.5 years with Free PSA at 25% for the last two tests.
DRE showed no evidence of tumor but Uro thought my prostate was a little large for someone my age
PCa diagnosed 4/6/10 after biopsy on 4/1/10
1 out of 12 biopsy samples was positive with 5% of biopsy sample cancerous
Gleason 3+4
Da Vinci surgery on 6/1/10
Pathology report shows cancer confined to prostate and all other tissue clean
PSA tested on 7/15/10: Zero Club membership card issued (trial membership with 90 day renewal)

50 Yrs. old. DX Feb, 2010 w/6.6 PSA.
Biopsy 04-24-10, Gleason 3+3=6
4 of 5 cores left side inv. 4 of 6 rt side
RRP 06-07-10....
16 days post-op, catheter out.
Gleason upgraded to 3+4
No involvement of lymph nodes & seminal vesicle.
Perineural invasion present :(
Totally continent @ 8 weeks post-op. (!!!)
1st post-op PSA @ 12 weeks - Less than 0.05

Age: 67 at Dx on 12/30/08 PSA 3.8
2 cores out of 12 were positive Gleason (4+4)
Davinci surgery 2/9/09 Gleason 4+4 EPE,
Margins clear, nerve bundles removed
Prostate weighed 57 grams 10-20% involved
all PSA tests since (2, 5, 8, 11, 15, 18 months) undetectable
Latest PSA test (21 months) .005
