I read a lot of posts here about guys who, right from the get go, after the catheter is out, they are 100% continent and never have a problem with drips from then on,  but on the other hand, they have some  major ED issues to deal with.
Well, I am just the opposite,  from the day my catheter was pulled, I could get a rock solid erection on demand with little or no trouble,  but on the other hand, I leaked 7-9  pads a day for three months.  Even to this day 38 months post op, I still sometimes use a pad and fill it about 1/4 to 1/2  full from the occasional stress leaks during the day.
Now, what is even worst for me is that as soon as I get sexually aroused and I get a solid erection, I will really start to leak, and drip uncontrollably just like a faucet was turned on.   When ever I get an erection,  I can actually feel my splinkter muscle relax, and I will loose all continence and I start leaking.  Now, if my erection goes down, my leaking stops. If my erection comes back, my leaking starts.  Figure that one!
Even if I try to completely empty my bladder before sexual arousal, I will still drip and leak some urine when I get an erection.  Then when I have an orgasm, look out,  becuase I will ejeculate urine like a fire hose.   I can ejeculate urine with such force I can hit the ceiling.  Talk about a real damper when it comes to sex.  I have to cover the bed in towels, and always worry about dripping on my partner.  My uro told me that urine is steril and if you ejeculate into your partner it can't hurt her,  well just try telling that to a woman.
Does anyone else have this problem of becomming incontinet with sexual arousal?

Personally, no, I'm the opposite. But......Several guys here do and I think it was recommended by myself and others earlier that they consider using a penis pump ring on their erection to keep from peeing on everything. Using a size that will keep the pee from escaping in key, so experimentation is needed to get the smallest that does the job. There's kits available that contains just the rings and a piece to help apply it without a pump.
Here's one, that works for me.

I'm 5 months out from open surgery and still use 2 pads a day. Currently I don't leak with and erection but if I push it will drain. about 2 months out from surgery I began using the pump, even though I leaked at the time the ring used with the pump held the urine in.
I currently use only Viagara to help the erection even though Its sort of usuable without.
Hope it improves for you
