KINGRIVER, welcome to the Forum. At 2 months post-surgery, you are very early in the ED recovery game. Sadly, it may take months or even a couple years to recover---and some men never do. At 2 months, you are just entering the time that-statistically- MOST men begin showing some kind of recovery results. That you do not have any yet is nothing to worry about
at this time.
The doctors use of varnedafil (Levetra rband name) is appropriate at this time. At the 3 month stage, most guys will say to get a penis pump, one from a sex shop-either online ordered or local- will help with the expansion and filling of the penis. You will need to keep an optimistic outlook as you go down the recovery path. Using the pills as prescribed and the pump at least daily to pump up, hold asnd release the penis will help to keep things sized correctly. If you have no results at , say 5 or 6 months, then I would suggest discussing with your doctor using Bimix or Trimix penile injection, twice a week or so.
All in all, you are on the right path to recovery so far-with the pills, adding the other things as you progress, will give you your best chance at as full a recovery as you will get. Jusat remember, its a long road for most, you are at the start of it, so don't get discouraged.
I am curious as to what you call fibrosis- in what setting and what you have been told or think causes it? I haven't seen anything that would indicate the danger of fibrosis from taking the pills, or using the pump. Some guys will get it using the injections, but the majority don't.
