Just got my 4th post surgery PSA. >.1 Undetectable. 'whoopee'. Thanksgiving will have more meaning this year. ED is still 100%. Using VED pump, looking forward to implant someday.
Thanks for all the help on this site...Lots of info and support. You are all a great bunch of people.

Biopsy 9/09 4 of 12 positive.G3+4
RALP 10/09
Path Rep.G3+4 Margins slightly involved <.1mm to .25mm. Perineural invasion present, stage pT2c. Tumor 18%. Seminal Vesicle & nodes - clear. ED: use VED for therapy Trimex and quadmix don't give usable erection. hoping for implant someday.
4 PSA through 11/13/10 <.1

PSA 04/09 - 2.5; 05/10 - 3.7; 07/10 - 4.7
DRE and Ultrasound - Negative
Size at biopsy - 32 grams
T1C, 3+3=6, 1 core of 12 60% positive
da Vinci 10/29/10
Post op biopsy indicated bilateral Gleason 6 tumors
Post op plumbing is 95% functional.
