Welcome to HW, sorry you have do be here...The few implant guys will be here after their turkey dinners, probably. In the meantime, I see you mention twice using super bimix. Would you mind giving me the details of that? Is the super part because of higher concentrations of the papaverine and phentolamine? "Usual" mix is 30mg/ml papaverine and 1mg/ml phentolamine.

S/BIMIX-PAPV 30 MG/PHENTLMN 2MG/ML

James when I was on Bimix, my ratio was 30/3, also with good resuts. It seems the exact proportion of phento is not critical.

I do not have an implant but I have many similarities to you. I had 42 rounds of IMRT, and was on ADT3 for two years. After six months from being off ADT3 I started getting relatively normal erections and the desire finally came back.
My questions are this, are you still on hormones? If so I am sure you have NO libido and if that is so why consider an implant at this point?

I have however heard from many men that have had successful implants and I am sure they will be sharing their thoughts soon.
Thanks for the post

peace to you

law69007,

I had my implant procedure in December 2009, activated in February 2010 and started using it in March 2010. (I was told to practice for a month before actually using it.) Anyway, I had no nerves spared so I knew I was going to need something. While I am not afraid of needles per se, I could not see giving myself a shot, so that was out. I tried the VED for about six months without success; therefore, the implant. I am satisfied with the device. Personally, I pump it up before going to bed. I tried the foreplay, then pump approach, but thought too much "momemtum" was lost during the process, if you know what I mean. The sensation of orgasm is at least the same. Some men have reported leaking urine at orgasm, but that hasn't happend to me. I can't think of any negatives or downsides of having the implant procedure.

There is a yahoo members group for implants. It's a restricted one but has lots of guys on it that have had one or are thinking of getting an implant. Look for penileimplants in the Yahoo Groups section.

Like most things, 90% of the men are happy with their implant but a few are not. The negative posters are on this site also. Most of the complaints are about the loss of length or not getting back what they lost from PC surgery.
