Hello All.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted but thought I’d throw this question out there. I had an RRP in March of 2009. The surgery went well, post op pathology was a Gleason 6, clear margins, all psa’s since have been 0. So all is well. The about three weeks ago I thought I had an UTI, slightly pinkish urine, constant urge to go, and slight burning. So I went to the doc who gave me two weeks of antibiotics and a urine test. After finishing the antibiotics I still had some symptoms, urge to go and pressure in lower pelvic area. So I went back to the doc to did another urine test which came back negative for a UTI and the first test also ended up being negative. I’m about 20 months out of my rrp and now have a constant urge to go all the time. I don’t think it’s a stricture because my flow is still fine. Has anyone experienced something similar…pressure and constant urge to go? TIA
