HI mgl, been on zoladex for about 2 months and i have had the odd mood swing that could be described as agitation.Im finding out that the effects can come on as time goes on and i had no side effects at all untill about week 5.I have since had some bone pain (very mild) and also night time hot spells.I also had some disturbed sleep with very vivid dreams for a couple of nights.Strangest thing is i have mets in my spine, pelvis ,and nodes and never hadany signs of pain prior to injections, suddenly i got pain in my spine(well more of a throbing really) but that as gone now and ive had the same sensation in my pelvic region for the last two days.however i was told this would happen with the tumor flair and then fade away so it was not a big shock.Had a blood pressure test yesterday and although i exercise alot and i am generally very fit my blood pressure was 184/100 which is not good so i am back in next week for another check.

My father has been on HT for a year now. I did notice that in certain situations he seemed to get more agitated than he normally would. Not that often though.

I have had many SE's from HT. Fortunately agitation and mood swings have fortunately not been among them.

I have been on HT for only 2 weeks and find I get somewhat agitated very easily. Also I seem to get emotional at the drop of a hat. Only gained 5 lbs. in 2 weeks so maybe by the end of my RT in early April I will qualify for the TV program "So you want to lose a 100 lbs".
