I got an interesting telephone call from ReliableRxPharmacy - the sister company of AllDayChemist in India.
Canadians cannot use ADC but can buy items from RRxP which are shipped from India to USA and then to Canada.

The caller told me that the FDA was cracking down on blackmarket supplies of Viagra and Cialis - now used not just for ED but considered a party-drug for the teenagers.
He said that they will be banned from shipping any Viagra or Cialis to the USA from India as of this Sunday.

He quoted me a good rate 180 for $294 - which ain't bad since each pill up here in Canada is about $7.00.

I told him I have stopped using them due to my tinnitus ( possible side effect of the viagra /cialis daily dose routine - as well as by damage by Cipro)..
He then offered to call me back in February ( past the sunday deadline !)

So I don't know if they are trying to push their product in a slow economy or what ...

I have been pleased with their performance meeting my medical needs and costs - so this call seemed out of the ordinary..

Has anyone else heard of this upcoming ban?

I have sent an email to my regular customer service agent at RRxP and expect a reply in a couple of days.

Geez, that's disturbing news for those of us who have pruchased from ADC and continue to have good success with the product. I wonder if I should place an order now in an effort to beat the clock?

Well, my skeptical alarm went off as soon as I read that. If I were more of a skeptic, my first impulse would be that this is a competitor trying to scare customers to them. I don't know what to say, but am gonna do some searching.

Ok, understood, but for us US guys, they could be considered one for ADC, right? none of the phone numbers to either site answers. It rolls over to voice mail.

Just got a call from ADC customer service. She stated that ADC was having 'issues' with Canadian Customs, and they were unable to ship their products to Canada because of it. She didn't have any knowledge of the Canadian bound ADC shipments having to go thru the US first. She said this situation did not affect any shipments to US customers. US customers continued to be able to get their shipments. She had heard of no FDA action that would change that. So looks like ADC for Canada is out.

I did see that the RXPharmacy site offered the 2 for 1 Viagra for .70 , up from .57 that ADC sells.

Thanks, James for clarification-----I don't feel like I have to go "load up" before I'm actually ready to reorder.

ADC has never been available for Canadians to use.

We'll just wait and see when/if he calls back in February.

Tat,
I read your post and I can respond one thing with accuracy ~ by law, there is no Saturday deadline. It has ALWAYS been illegal to ship patent pending drug copycats to the US. I would bet that the "deadline" stated is set by a "Cease and Desist" letter offering a remedy to a known issue.

As long as the crackdown is not on those ordering the products those who do order them are for now safe from prosecution here. But that, too can change.

I have just learned somthing the hard way loosing the total amount of my order.

Never, ever order anything through the « best-cheap-pharmacy.com » website. If you cannot get your order delivered because it is and will remain stock at customs, they will flatly refuse to refund the cost of your order and you will loose the total amount that you have paid. They have a very polite way of saying that they don’t give a “…” about you as long as they get your money. The following is word for word the answer that I have got after demanding a refund for an order that never was delivered:

Dear …,
we are sorry to inform you that you package has been stocked at customs.
You can check this using the following link:. your tracking number is ….
When you register on our site you agree that in ordering on our website you declare to know the law in
your Country and you become importer with all responsibilities.
It is not our fault that your order has been stocked at customs.
Best regards,
Elisa-Customer Care

Hope this can help and avoid other people this borderline fraudulous scheme.
