Mary here,

We got Willie to the onc appointment today and the news is more than devastating.

The onc confirmed that the cancer is in his lungs and bones but wanted to send him home for another week of being desperately sick!! No way!

I insisted they admit him and find out why he cannot keep anything down other than a cup of water per day!!

Then, the onc stated that Willie may have brain mets and that they can prevent the GI tract from absorbing/accepting food and liquids!!!!!!

They're going to do a brain CAT scan tomorrow as well as other tests tonight.......but to what avail??

I am sooo angry right now.

This idiot doctor did NOTHING for over 5 months and now says Willie should be on chemo IF they can get him to keep anything down.

The only good thing is that Willie is not in pain but I am livid.

There are no words to express my anger nor my broken hearted-ness.

My beloved Willie is going to die due to this doc failing to 'do no harm'.

I'm heading back to the hospital now, had to come home and see to the dogs, put the lights on, etc.

Please send positive thoughts and prayers for Willie, my beloved needs all the help he can get.....

Thankyou.

Mary

That's really tough on both of you. It's times like this we get lost for words. I sure hope things turn around a little for you and Willie. My best wishes for enough of an improvement to enable chemo to be taken and have a positive effect.
