It's a Sunny Afternoon:
As posted in an earlier thread,  I am seeing my Dr. for my next injection of Zoladex this week.  I haven't received my three month blood tests showing whether there have been any changes in my levels. I'll get those when I see him.  Should I ask my Dr. to increase the frequency of my blood tests, say every month, so as to monitor  the affects of HT more closely?  Any thoughts on this?

Jack  -- relax, my brother.  understandably you are having PSA anxiety.  wait until you get your results and take it from there.  my guess is everything will be fine.

I understand and agree that I have some anxiety but is it not a good idea to keep a closer eye on PSA T levels  when on Zoladex and not wait the full three months each time?

Jack -- i'm getting my PSA tested every four months now.  i had my testosterone checked last time for the first time.  i was five months from my last shot of lupron and my T level  is 6.  maybe your case is different.

Thanks Ed
You are right.  I swore I would never let this thing take over and lately I feel that it has.  A little dose of reality got me back on track, for now. I guess it's because this is my third line of defence and "pickings are getting slim".    I'll post my results tomorrow evening.  Keeping my fingers crossed and my thoughts positive.  Better get to the gym to get my mind off of  this.
