This BBC news item provides some more info about the EN2 urine test for PCa, suggesting the possibility of a simple "pee on a stick" test like for pregnancy to help diagnose PCa more accurately than using the PSA test (Indeed the PSA test does not really diagnose PCa.)

But note that one of the experts quotes says that it may still not be perfect as the initial study is not big enough and the findings need to be supported by a bigger trial.
