Has been one years since prostate surgery, and Incontinence is getting worse. Night is the worst time. Anyone else have this problem?

Long time that we haven't heard from you!

Other than my radiation setbacks, the biggest problems for me are trying to put things back in my diet that I miss (I had a half grapefruit a few days ago, had not had one since before surgery, and the floodgates opened that afternoon), and forgetting or ignoring my Kegels for a couple of days.

Hey Sea "CofP"

How much are you leaking? Do you have residual control? (Meaning Can you hold it for 5 seconds?) You need to know this in order to decide the next steps.
I remember when you first joined and asked some questions about incontinence. You were at 3 months and I was at 6 months - something like that. We communicated a coupe of times. At 18 months I gave up and had a sling installed.
One year is enough. You gave it time now it is time to "Get it done."
It will change your life. The sling certainly changed mine. I love it!

This tells about my incontinence and the surgery:

This one tells after the surgery recovery.

Tallguy and knotreel had Artificial sphincters installed. They have threads with their stories.

You need to know how much you leak. Get a cheap scale and weight your pads. It makes a difference.

Good luck
Jeff

Inconience depends - I just got ams 800 to control my peeing after 10 years of messing around with it.
scar tissue and operation to clear it done me in and I tried oxibutynene, troffrinil (nasty antidepressant worked but don''t recommed,), bulking and finally got smart and did ams.

Night time was no problem if slept on back but on side leaked
