Hi everyone!!
 
I have been lurking occasionally.  Interesting about the vitamin D topic.
Good news. . .Bear's 16 month PSA is still 0.01  woohoo!!
He also has a prescription which is really helping with his back so health wise we have had quite a break and been livin' life in the new normal.

Only issue at this time is ED but getting better
