New to this, never been on a forum before but I'm not having any luck finding answers. Had biopsy done Feb 15th, given the antibiotics was told about possibility of blood in urine and semen. No pain during biopsy felt great told to hold off sex for a day but didn't see a problem bowling that night. Went back to work but cramped up that night instead. Things fine no noticeable blood in urine until three days later. Startled me, looked like blood, haven't peed blood since. First orgasm a couple days after was bright red with a little discomfort. Second orgasm still bright red felt like prostate was pulsing for a while after. Gone on biz for a couple weeks, the wifey and I get frisky and when the third orgasm hit I thought I was gonna die. I didn't know whether to puke or pass out from the pain. Couldn't move without extreme pain in my lower core especially around the perenium. Instant sweats. It felt like someone kicked me in the balls! Fifteen minutes later pain subsided and felt mostly back to normal. Doctor not in nurse tells me some discomfort is to be expected? This wasn't discomfort I felt paralyzed. I'm not a lightweight when it comes to pain but this was Killer. Any help or direction would be appreciated. Thanks

DEMAND to be seen by a doc. If he says no, find a new doc ASAP. 2nd opinions are gold.

This could all be stress, but it is possible you have a UTI. It happened to me from the original biopsy.

Good luck and pls update your progress.

I agree with the "see the doc now" suggestion. I had "discomfort" (yes, it hurt, but after a few colon issues, it was not debilitating), and yes, blood in semen for weeks (better described as used motor oil - bedsheets were ruined), but nothing that stopped me in my tracks.
I was told to "take it easy" for a few days. Bowling does not fall into that definition for me, but then I'm not hard core on anything athletic.
Regardless, insisting on seeing a doctor is appropriate. You will get to understand that you must speak up for yourself to the medical community.

Being unsure I wanted to go through it again until I saw a doctor, my wife got it us going last night. As apprehensive and scared as I was it went great! Not even a throb afterwards. Still keeping the appointment with the new doc.
Thanks guys for the support and I'm sure I will have a thousand questions for you as I figure this out. I'm fortunate that I have time to look everything over before making a decision. Thanks Again

I took "matters in hand" the first few times after biopsy (on advise from O-doc) to spare my wife the nasty mess and to clean out the prostate of blood and clots..
