I'm glad you enjoyed the steaks. I have worked in the meat industry for 25 years, and I can tell you that nothing beats a nice filet or t-bone done on the grill. I have also had great steaks fried in a pan. I cut my own filets and bacon wrap them, and then grill them with Montreal Steak seasoning. Medium-rare for me, and medium for the rest of the family. Omaha Steaks is great, but the next time you order, try Rube's Steak House (Rubessteaks.com). I think the steaks are better, and they are a little cheaper than Omaha Steaks.
By the way, I got tattooed on Wednesday, and should start my own SRT adventure the Monday after Easter.
