Question about effect on PSA numbers

They say that before you go in for a PSA test that you are to refrain from an ejaculation for 48 hours. Do you think the number of ejaculations prior to the 48 hour rule matters. In other words, if you had an ejaculation every day for the 7 days prior to the waiting period versus once a week would you need to extend the waiting period to ensure the prostate was not still being effected?
47 Year old male, Routine physical May 12, 09, PSA 4.12, F/U PSA Oct 27, 09, PSA 4.61 FPSA 4% (Not good)
Referral to Urologist Feb 18, 10 F/U PSA Jan 7, 2010, PSA 3.95, FPSA 4%, Biopsy Mar 16, 10, 8 core samples taken, Results Apr 5, 10- very small prostate, DRE normal, all core samples neg, PSA Jul 22,10 6.18, F/U PSA Aug 12, 10 4.64, Oct 28, 10, 4.33, Mar 10,11 4.89

I would guess that it doesn't matter.

I'd also guess that you should lead a normal life and not worrying about skewing the numbers.
