Five months post robotic surgery my incontinence
  status was:
--Dry at night / no pad needed
   --Dry while sitting
--using 1 to 3 pads/day depending on activity level
--coughs & sneezes cause spurts even after
       trying to "brace" for them.

At my 2nd post-op PSA appt I asked my Uro about
trying Imipramine. He readily agreed and prescribed
one daily 25mg pill. ( a  fairly low dose)
I experieced immediate improvement & did not
need a pad the next  day. Have gone 10 days now
 with no pad.
I still leak a tad , but not even enough to change
underwear during the day.
Still have to watch stress incontinence some, but
that has also seen much improvement.
Don't know how long this will last/ still doing kegals.
I have experieced no side effects.
He prescribed a nightly dose--caused restlessness-
so I switched to am & have done fine with that.

Sounds very promising, Michael, be interesting if others here dealing with incontinence issues have tried this med. Good luck in the future.
