I am over three years post RRP and IMRT and rely on Bi-mix and Viagra for any sexual activity.  Lately I have been waking in the middle of the night about twice weekly with Nocturnal erections comparable to the Bi-mix injections and almost as good as pre-surgery.  Is this a sign of possible nerve recovery after all this time.  Has anyone else experienced this after three years?.  Did it improve over to time to pre-surgey potency?

IMO, Your'e darn right it is, and that is giving hope to all of us with similar challanges. I use a mantra, similar to one in a old John Wayne true story move. " I,m gonna move that toe, Im gonna move that toe". Just changed the wording slightly.

CONGRATS on the nocturnal erections -yeah

- it is my understanding ( as I had put in another post) that trimix helps jumpstart the communication between the brain - the remaining nerve bundle(s) and "mr. happy".

I was VERY pleased this morning to have "mr. happy" wake up and say hello all by himself today as I was shaving my head (the one above the neck) -a spring/summer ritual... yeah

soapy hugs,
