I had my PSA & DRE today. Psa is up slightly to 2.4 & negative DRE yeah . Doc says to do my next PSA with my family doc & don't come back to see him for a year smilewinkgrin smilewinkgrin smilewinkgrin . So it's GREAT news. AS works for me. If things change we'll deal with it then.

Not a "Good News Day"...a "GREAT News Day"!

I remember that you had a very slowly increasing PSA, with >10-years of annual data, followed by not just one, but also a confirmatory second biopsy...only one or two cores positive, very low %, and 3+3 Gleason. Am I right? If so, you fit very well into the definition of "low risk case."

Great attitude: "AS works for me. If things change we'll deal with it then."    I celebrate your success!!
