Yeah, it was rough. She was in a lot of pain and looked like a skeleton in her final stages. Yet she was still able to talk, walk and meet family and friends when the doctors said she would probably not even know us because it was all in her brain. She had a very aggressive form and beat the odds to last 7 years. 43 is just too young to go and she has a 12 year old daugther so it was rough on them.
The sad thing is she was very active, never drank, smoked or even drank coffee or soda...a total health nut. Last person on earth you would have expected to get cancer....my other 2 brothers and 4 sisters are alcoholics, never exercised a day in their life and are as healthy as a horse....go figure.
