Using a 15 dose of caverject managed penetration.
It got me to about 90% hardness so I may try the full 20 dosage next time.
The sex didnt last long (well, it's been 16 months!) but we're both pretty happy with the outcome.

Mike, really good sex never lasts long :)

Pre-surgery PSA: 7 tests over 2 years bounced around from 2.6 to 5.6
Biopsy 8 of 12 positive, Gleason 3+4, T2a
DaVinci August 2009, pathology Gleason 4+3, neg margins, T2c
Post-surgery PSA one year of zeros.
Continent right away.
Viagra and other pills only gave me headache
Trimix working great!
