I didn't know what to call this post, but here is the situation. When I engage in sex with my wife (using trimix), as soon as I begin feeling the urge I get a feeling of discomfort and achiness in my testicles. I'm not referring to the ache due to trimix, that's something else. That lasts all the way through the act including the ejaculaltion, which I realize does not actually take place. My doctor told me that the testicles still produce sperm, but that the ejaculate going somewhere else, I think he said the bladder, where it is's absorbed by the body or expelled in the urine. I wonder, though, about the achiness, if that's the result of ejaculate having to find its way to the bladder rather than through the normal tubes. Does anyone else have this issue?

One good thing about having prostate cancer, you feel comfortable about asking questions you never thought you could.

Unless I am really off base, I am sure the sperm left from the testes, after being tied off and isolated from the prostate and bladder, is adsorbed back into the body in the scrotum. That's what I was told at my vasectomy, which is just a lower down version of the removal of the prostate and assorted parts. I would expect the feeling to subside, with time. If I recall correctly, I had the same short pain/ache for a while after my first few.
