Today I have a Doctors visit with my GP.This is my first visit back since he gave me my first PSA test which led to this mess. And I'm glad he did it!!
I went last week and gave some blood for tests that are done for blood pressure and cholesterol meds I take. On a whim last time he did a PSA test and I'm not sure if he ordered one this time. The dilemma now is, if he ordered one, do I have him tell me what it is,or wait 2 weeks till my next one at the Uro visit?I don't know if he uses the same lab as the Uro, so the results could be different. If he tells me my PSA is up from my 8 week test (0.26),there will be a good chance that I will be a mental mess for the next 2 weeks shocked
On a lighter note, I got a phone call from a company in Columbus that has work coming up in the Cincy area. I had a good talk with the man and he knew of my situation and he told me they would let me work around my possible treatments and Doctors schedule. And this could lead to more work in the near future yeah

I would take both test results, since it was drawn anyway. Hopefully they match in number.

I'm always anxious to get the result of PSA test no matter who did the test. I normally call the nurse to get the result the day after. Anyway, best of luck.
