Has anyone had brachytherapy by Dr. Donavanik of Helen Graham Cancer Centre, Delaware? If so I would to know about your experience.

I used the sites search feature and found one reference to the doc you're asking about.

Hey Goin for Brachy..........although I opted for surgery, I consulted with Donavonik and found him to be thorougly professional. In fact, I walked out of my consult at the time convinced that was the treatment I would pursue. I know several guys locally have been treated by Donavonik and are pleased with results. There is a PCa support group that meets the first Wed of every month at the Amer. Can. Society in Coporate Commons. And there is a PCa support group run by the Wellness Center of DE that meets on the third Monday of the month at their location. Perhaps attending one or both could net you some testimonials.

Thanks for the response. I have already attended the support group meeting. I have seen Dr. Donavanik already. He will do the volume study next week.
