At 14 months I'm still a member of the club. Very happy about this especially given my initial prognosis and pathology.

As we were just ready to leave the house we got a call that my Uro was in labor, I said I'm still coming in to get my results, don't care if the receptionist gives them to me. Had a nice visit with my Uro's partner who gave me a lot of information on the Peyronie's that has been developing. Helpful hint for anyone who has that issue, it seems male Uro's are a bit more sympathetic ;-)

My main Dr says I can start breathing a bit easier at 2 years out from surgery. Well it's 10 months and 3 more rounds of "blood test roulette" to go.
Cheers All and best wishes to all my HW brothers.

Congrats on the continued club membership...I'm at 16 months post-op.  Was wondering about your peyronie's comment.  I fear I'm going down that path....total ED and the trimix/bimix injections seem to produce only painful/bent/modest erections.  Is that what's going on?

Age at Dx: 56
DaVinci Prostatectomy: 10/28/09

Stage: T2C

Gleason - 3+4 = 7

Prosate: 52 grams

Incontinence - absolutely at first, better with time and kegels

ED - Indeed

Thanks guys, beer's on me (Fresca in my case)

cantexplain, I've developed a pretty severe upward curve even without injections, I found this forum (non commercial hope it passes muster)

www.peyroniesforum.net/

which has some great information on oral supplements and pump regimes that seem to have stopped it. The only one I haven't tried is Pentox which also suppresses the immune system, not a good thing for a cancer type guy.

Best to all, and thanks again for the good wishes.

Great to hear that report Dave. Instead of beer,  I would like to stay at your home in Durango for a 2 wekk vacation. Get back with me on that and keep the good news coming in.
