overthepond, from what I generally understand of the concept of avoiding sex, exercise, bikes, etc before psa testing, and considering what little I can find on the subject, I would advise to stay on the side of caution, if you are really needing the absolute best results. Common advice for the 'gland-gifted' is abstaining for 3 days before the draw, and not getting the DRE until after the blood draw. Since the gland is still present, even if radiated in him, then I think common sense would say to abstain for 3 days before, just to be safe.
