If used for therapy, without rings, it is usually the recommended cycle of Pump up, slowly and gradually a bit at a time, giving the tissue time to stretch and expand, until full erection is obtained. The first time of each session needs to be slow, with a few times of releasing the pressure and starting over, until you have properly stretched and exercised the penis to full erection. Once obtained, hold the erection for a minute or so, then release, allowing the penis to deflate, then repeat the pumping. The second time and forward doesn't need as slow and steady a pace. Pump and hold for a minute or so, do 3 or so cycles, (as much as you have the time for), twice daily. You can extend the time that you keep it erect as you wish, up to 30 minutes. If using rings, make sure you have properly expanded the penis before applying the ring/rings, then don't keep them on for more than 30 minutes. So twice daily, 3 or more cycles lasting a minute or more. Use plenty of lube, you may want to do some manscaping on the pubes as well.
My use of it gives me a fuller feeling, more aware of the area, sensations, just more of the old macho feeling of having some kind of feeling in the area. Hope you get mighty fine results from yours. good luck
