It's been a while I posted, but I follow the forum regularly. I had an RRP, an SRT and a year of HT. I was told to expect a total ED. But I had a great night with my wife and a little blue pill. No pumps or needles. I hope this is a sign of improvement in this department. First real intercourse in 18 months or so. A milestone.
