This subject is one of the big topics that keep being asked here, in some form. I was looking thru some of my links today and rediscovered this site. It explains in detail what occurs, what needs to be done and many details of penile rehab for us post-surgery guys. Also explains somewhat the 'use it or lose it' theory of early use of injections and the benefits of early mastuarbation(sp). Worth a read or reread for us all in this situation. I used it in another thread but feel it is important enough to get it's own thread. Hope this is helpful in explaining some of the theory and practice of rehab.

Thanks James
a good article, my uro is a believer in early injection therapy says he has had some excellent results, I am 1 week in and still sorting dose but things are improving. He also said to try V or L on occaissions and see if any change, tried V twice now first time zip, 2nd 3 weeks later maybe 50% of normal, so things are happening below. still nothing spontaneous though. Natural, this is just one of many sources of info on the net. If your doctors instructions differ from this doctor, make sure you consult with yours before making any changes, ok?
