Interesting article and they are conducting a clinical trial. They are located in St Louis. Spoke to them on the phone, nice bunch of folks.

I'm just out there fact finding and gathering info. The way my crazy as* PSA is going, who knows what the future is going to bring. Can't have too much info that's for sure. Just have to separate the wheat from the chaff.

Thanks k for the info,

Sonny

Basically the same premise as "The China Study" by Cambel that showed a direct corrolation between the amount of animal protien consumed and the incidence of cardiac, cancer and autoimmune diseases.

I find it interesting, that with a steadily decreasing appitite in general, all I ever seem to crave, is protein.

I've noticed the same thing David. I've been blaming it on the Lupron.

Come to think of it, I'm craving almost anything edible.

I lost a lot of weight after my big surgery in Sept, but then gained most of it back slowly, but now in the past 2 months, been dropping a lot of weight (not trying to). I still love my sweets, but I crave meats and other protien sources constantly. Not sure what to make of it.

In the months after my RP I had (on purpose) lost 30 lbs. Since I began the Lupron, I have gained 23 lbs back. Funny thing is that I find myself "wanting" to eat, even when I'm not hungry.

And I am on the opposite track, missing sometimes 2 meals a day, and not even noticing or feeling hungry.
