I have my second penile injection CIS test this afternoon. I had a decent first result two weeks ago, about 50% and a noticable improvement since then which was very encouraging. Prior to that I was getting no blood flow in spite of the daily Cialis, it had gradually deteriorated since the first weeks after surgery.

My wife is out of town this week so she asked me to do a Weiner and send her a picture on the iPhone. shocked  I had to laugh at that one, I'm no politician so I'm somewhat uncomfortable at the thought.

OK... now how do I get the coffee stains off my monitor after reading the Weiner joke...

Hopefully your doc doesn't have a lot of cute young nurses in the office... But I do hope the test goes well.

The nurse who does the injections is older than me, but the young french nurse who assisted with the biopsy was absolutely stunning making the experience all that more akward.

I can tell you that I won't "accidentally" post the picture online here, so no resignations expected in my future!

Good luck and best results. I second the nomination for the French Maid Assistant. Barring that, choose the Twins option.

The second CIS test was yesterday with disappointing results, I doubt that even the french maid would have helped.

The injection at the first appt 2 weeks ago was 10mg of prostaglandin E1 resulted in a 50% erection but it also ached.  For this appt the dose was doubled to 20mg. The nurse who normally performs the injections was off that day so an assistant UR did the injection. The result was less than the previous test, maybe 30-40%. It also hurt like a ******. In addition to the ache there was also a burning sensation so I went home and slapped a gel pack on it which helped a lot.

The UR said that I had officially become "interesting" but I don't want to be interesting in that way.  Fortunately he had a cancellation this morning and I was able to get right back in. He switched to bimix and did the injection himself ( I forget to ask the dose) and it was much better. 75% and no pain. I'm smiling again. :-)

Next step is to get in for a training session. Offically they're booked until the fall but he said if I call early in the week. There are often cancellations as some guys have second thoughts about going through with it.

He's a very busy guy, there are too many of us. He said that if he stopped taking new patients for a year he'd still be too busy. He also talked some about the implants although I doubt I'd ever go that way. He's one of only 2 UR's in Canada and 9 in the states who do the surgery in bulk and he currently has 120 patients waiting in the queue. Other UR's do the surgery but I was suprised that there were so few who specialized in it.

Glen< Glad he gave you a run with BiMix. That is what i was talking about with the ache of the Alprostidal which is prostaglandin E1. I have used all the above and yep I get good results with all of them.

Hope you enjoy your new life. :)

Snowbound,
So let me get this straight.
You first had a training with 10 mg.
Then had a training with 20 mg.
Then ANOTHER training with Bimix?
And now you are getting in to a "Training Session" (and it is 3 months out!!) ??

Man, those UR's in Canada sure know how to rake in the money!

In the USA it is one shot .. looks good ... see you later (if ever).

That sure is a lot of fuss for someone to hold your weiner and shoot it up.
There really is nothing to it but they do seem to be making it look complicated.

I guess you don't have a prescription yet ? Too bad. You could kiss off
the 3 month wait and get down to business on your own.

Good luck and good shooting .. and I like the French Maid Assistant idea .. a lot.

J ... shootin' up in Boston!
