Well, I'm back to my uro tomorrow morning for my 4 month psa test, and another Lupron shot. I am now officially 1/3 of the way through the lupron therapy.

Doc and I will re-visit the two year thing tomorrow as well. I'd like to see if he still feels as strong about it.

Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers. I'm a little nervous, but only when I think about it.

k

K, as always you are in our T&P. However it does sound to me like you need to work a little harder on the "Not Thinking about It Part". LOL

Best to you,

Sonny, I'm good at a few things, but not thinking about IT, just ain't one of them. Anyway, I'm back from the doc, and I'm still in the ZERO camp.......YAYYYYY!!! He feels strongly that I need to complete the entire 2 year program. He was also talking very highly of several new drugs in the pipeline, and being on the market in the next couple of years.

Anyway, I hope everyone has a very nice Fathers Day weekend.

K,

Glad to hear the news was good. I'm still waiting on the call for my PSA (there was chaos about the lab, ins. company changed "approved" providers, not even sure where they sent it at this point).

Have a good weekend.

Thanks James, I also confirmed with the doc that the critical time for me will be the first two years after I stop the HT. Since I had clear margins, he is not a fan of SRT, because experience has shown him that in my type of situation, a rise in PSA would typically indicate a distant met. Of course we would evaluate the entire situation at that time.

time will tell......maybe I'll get lucky, and get hit by a truck.....lol
