Interesting concept:

Most people are well aware that companies compile credit scores on just about everyone. Now, one company is planning to rate how likely people are to take prescribed medication.

FICO officials say insurance companies and other health care groups will use the score to identify those patients who could benefit the most from follow-up phone calls, letters and e-mails to encourage proper use of medication.

Already happening. My (big national) insurance company started "reminding" me more aggressively about not keeping a couple of periodic (as needed), but very expensive, prescriptions filled just this last week. For me, because they pushed me forcefully into their "in-house pharmacy" 90-day refill plan, I see it more as a way for them to protect their revenue stream.
