Tony ~ I'm glad you put a question mark in your title. There is very little fact here that Abiraterone is responsible for al-Megrahi's new lease of life. The best I can see isA leading cancer specialist,

[presumably Abiraterone] and could live for several more years.
Which looks like a lot of speculation to me. It could just as easily be life outside prison, new diet and the fresh desert air
