I agree with Steve about discussing the urine flow with your URO. The stinging is from the stitches healing in you urethra. At my 3 week post op check up the stinging was so bad I was convinced I had a UTI and the URO did a urine check to show me it wasn't an infection and was the just healing from the surgery. It went away eventually.
I can't help on the leg pain I didn't experience any.
I see that you had your surgery at Scott and White in Temple TX. My parents live in Sun City Georgetown and they love the care they get from Scott and White.
