Art...........I am also on Testosterone Cypionate shots. You might try decreasing the dosage, and increasing the intervals for your shots. I started out with T Cyp/200 mg every two weeks. That produced highs and lows, so we switched to 100 mg every 10 days. That still wasn't keeping the fluctuation in line, so we tweaked to 50 mg every 5 days. My serum T levels now hover in the 800 range. I self-administer the shots, and have since the beginning. If you don't mind the frequency, you might talk to your MD about
evening out the delivery system.........also, it doesn't appear that you are converting T to estradiol like most of us. That's a good thing. Also, Steve's suggestion to monitor your PSA level is essential. Since I started TRT, my uro is checking my PSA every 4 months, even though I'm just about
3 years post-surgery. Keep us informed, and good luck with the regimen.
