I have been following another Prostate Cancer forum and was recently introduced to HealingWell. It looks like there are some great discussions taking place on this forum and I see some of the same names. I'll start engaging in this forum also as all discussions are helpful.
By way of brief intro - I was diagnosed in November (see stats in my signature), did an incredible amount of research as I'm guessing many of you did, and will be having surgery this Thursday. I look forward to learning from the collective wisdom in this group as I head into the recovery phase of this journey (not looking forward to the early side effects) and sharing the tidbits I've gained along the way.
I'm looking forward to the guidance, wisdom, sharing, and brotherhood from a group of folks that are part of a community none of us wanted to have to join, yet are willing to openly share for the benefit of each other.
