Casey, yes I am going 5 times a week, same routine, so didn't see much need for a daily rehash, figure weekly reporting is enough for my right now unvarying routine.
Routine- Daily 5 days a week:
1. treadmill 3.2 mph x 2 miles per session (@ 39 minutes) I enjoy the treadmill and prefer it to walking outside, as I can't keep up the speed and pace with just walking. Got to have that belt urging me on... lol
2. 10 station rotation thru strength and conditioning machines- most set for either 50 or 75 lbs. resistance, sets of 50, repeated once (if able lol)
This works all major muscle groups and builds up endurance some. Also takes a couple hours afterwards to recover from...
