Casey, I'm certainly a believer. I stepped everything up a notch in Jan. 2011 when I first saw the Harvard study. I had just started SRT and was able to exercise vigorously during the entire treartment. I never had any significant SEs. I still go to the gym 6 to 7 days a week, am maxed out on the treadmill (for a 75 year old) and get in 3 days of weights. PSA stlll bouncing around the 0.1 level. I am determined to stay around long enough to spend the kids inheritance.
