Welcome to HW Devastated.
I will try to address the part of your Post asking about Penile Implants.
I developed ED Post-Prostatectomy in February 2004.
The "standard" treatment modalities (pills, VED, MUSE, Injections)
did not work satisfactorily for me.
In December 2007 I underwent the Coloplast Titan Penile Implant
Procedure and, thankfully, this completely corrected my ED and restored my sex life and the emotional intimacy with my wife.
The Implant is for men like myself, who have not responded well to other ED treatment modalities.
In retrospect, this is the best decision I could have made.
After my Prostatectomy, I suffered for 3+ years with the devastating side effects of ED and my self-esteem was ZERO.
Hope this has been of some help.
Please feel free to contact me (my E-mail is in my Profile).
Best of luck.
