I thought about your concerns after my reply and another possiblity is that maybe when it was locked open, possibly it was locked in not a fully open condition. When you lock the AUS open AMS calls for you to fully open the cuff by squeezing the bulb till it is flat, then wait 30 seconds and push the lock button. If thay waited for more than 30 secounds, say a minute or so, then the cuff would have inflated more than the fully thereby partially closing your urethra, or at least a more closed than the fully locked open condition would be. So, it might be just than simple, a partially inflated cuff? Let's hope it something like that.
