DavidsBFF, I have used both bi-mix and tri-mix and had much better results with bi-mix. My results varied and seemed to depend on the injection site and depth. I had the best luck with the insulin syringes with the 5/16 inch needle. And, just to make things more confusing, my pharmacy has 5 different bi-mix formulas and 4 different tri-mix formulas. The best formula for me contained 20mcg/ml of PGE-1 and 1mg/ml of Phentolamine. I believe many men try to avoid the PGE because it may cause some aches and pain. I believe the PGE is the most potent of the three compounds that are used.
