Yes, you, or at least I, feel mine. To picture what is happening the cuff is placed around the urethra in the penrineal region, a main "sitting" spot. The cuff, when inflated is fairly firm and you can't help but sit on it and you feel the pressure from sitting on the cuff. It doesn't hurt but you do feel it. The inflated cuff is about
the size of a large walnut.
Sitting on the cuff does have one issue, the cuff will deflate some from the pressure and you will leak a little till the cuff reinflates.
