Jonathan, like others here I salute what Sonny had to say -- he is SO right!
However, I gotta tell you, I ain't 10% the man Sonny is, and while I can talk the talk, when it comes to to my time to wait for my PSA results I go from worried to total panic. One good thing, I figure each time I hang on that phone that if I'm not collapsing with a major heart attack, at least I know my ticker it 100% having been through the ultimate stress test.
I find a contribution to the economy of Barbados by drinking rum every evening is theraputic.
