Joe, the seeds with added external radiation treatment plan appears to be the 'standard' for first line radiation treatment. Examine very closely the benefits of just doing the external, as well as doing the combo deal. You have a small prostate and most of the cores contain near to and over 50% cancer, so the seeds do make a lot of sense, to saturate the gland itself, then to follow with more generalized radiation.
I haven't read all the thread, but you should also look at the surgical approach, so you do evaluate the options in the widest sense possible. As we say here, you just get one good shot at it, so make it the right one the first time.
