Seriously, what is your activity level now? Do you exercise regularly? I have found that even as I exercise, I am having a lot more energy than when I just sat around in front of the computer all the time. As to supplements, I can't advise much, but if you eat healthy, exercise regularly and think young , those things can help you to regain that youthful vigor...
